Welcome to the TLC Oil True Leveraged Compensation Plan.TLCOil has re-engineered the home-based business model by accentuating the positives that this industry has to offer and virtually eliminating the downsides that keep people from succeeding and reaching their full potential. Instead of spending money on a fancy home office building and high paid corporate teams, TLCOil rewards our members with a generous pay plan that is properly balanced for the beginner and part-timer as well as those with experience. TLCOil has created a True Leveraged Compensation structure that promotes teamwork and creates synergy within the organization. The plan is designed for our members to profit quickly while they build long-term financial security. The pay plan has two parts: the Base Plan that pays weekly and the Generation Bonuses that pays once a month. The Base PlanThe Base Plan is a powerful business-building strategy because of its leverage factor. It creates a synergistic team-building effort and enables the experienced professionals to earn extraordinary income as they help other team members within their organization achieve success. The Base Plan starts with a two-team structure. There are two positions on Level 1, four positions on Level 2, and eight positions on Level 3, for a total of fourteen positions. These positions can be filled by either Spillover from your upline, members you personally enroll, or by the members they enroll. The only requirement to qualify for pay in the Base Plan is to have an active $40 autoship; no personal enrolling is required. Note: The autoship is your monthly $40 Personal Volume (PV) commitment; it never increases as you advance in the Pay Plan. Note: Spillover is the term used when new members are enrolled by someone above you in the structure and placed in your downline organization. When your Base Plan is filled with 14 members, TLCOil’s computer automatically expands your business by starting another Level 1 position. Each time you fill a new Leg down 3 Levels, your business will automatically expand by starting an additional Level 1 position.

![]() Generations vs. LevelsTLCOil’s Generation Bonuses reward our leaders for enrolling, training, and developing other members in the TLCOil Plan. These Generation Bonuses - could pay on every product purchased in your entire downline organization an infinite number of Levels deep - versus a traditional Uni-Level pay plan that only pays on a limited number of Levels deep (See Chart). Generation BonusesThe Generation Bonuses are paid in addition to the Base Pay. Note: A Generation is defined as the total monthly Sales Volume (SV) in any Leg of your downline organization between you and the next qualified Team Member that is a Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Platinum. Your 1st Generation starts with you at the top and continues down each of your Legs until the computer finds another qualified team member that is a Silver or above. The next qualified Team Member’s downline organization begins another Generation. No more than 50% of your monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) can accumulate from any one Leg. |
